The mosque was completed in 2012 and officially inaugurated by Raja Muda Perak (Raja Nazrin Shah) at that time. The land acquisition cost was RM 249,000. The mosque features adequate wudu facilities with hot water availability and is designed to be accessible for wheelchair users in the prayer hall, though some areas may have limited accessibility.
