The first thing you need is a crypto wallet — this is like your personal digital wallet that lets you receive, store, and send DinarX or other cryptocurrencies.

Don’t worry, it’s easier than you think. Let’s walk you through it step by step.

💼 What is a Crypto Wallet?

A crypto wallet is a mobile app or browser extension that allows you to:

  • Receive and store digital tokens (like DinarX)
  • Send tokens to others
  • See your transaction history
  • Interact with blockchain apps (like Masjid4All)

There are many wallet options out there, but for beginners we recommend:

  • ✅ Trust Wallet (Mobile app for Android & iOS)
  • ✅ MetaMask (Mobile app & browser extension)

📱 Option 1: Setting Up Trust Wallet (Mobile App)

Step 1: Download the App

  • Go to the Play Store or App Store
  • Search for Trust Wallet
  • Install and open the app

Step 2: Create a New Wallet

  • Tap on “Create a New Wallet”
  • Agree to the terms
  • You’ll be given a 12-word recovery phrase – IMPORTANT!
    • Write it down and keep it in a safe place
    • Do NOT share it with anyone

Step 3: Confirm Your Recovery Phrase

  • The app will ask you to tap the words in the correct order to confirm
  • This is to make sure you saved it correctly

Step 4: Done! Your Wallet is Ready

  • You’ll now see your wallet address and balance
  • You can search for “DinarX” or add it manually when needed

🦊 Option 2: Setting Up MetaMask (Browser & Mobile)

Step 1: Download MetaMask

  • Browser: Go to https://metamask.io and install the extension (Chrome, Firefox, Brave, Edge)
  • Mobile: Install the MetaMask app from the Play Store or App Store

Step 2: Create a Wallet

  • Click “Create a Wallet”
  • Set a strong password
  • You’ll be shown a 12-word secret recovery phrase – same rule: save it and don’t share it!

Step 3: Confirm the Phrase

  • MetaMask will ask you to confirm the 12 words in order

Step 4: Ready to Go!

  • Your wallet is now active
  • You can add the DinarX token manually using its contract address (will be provided by Masjid4All team)

  • Send DinarX to others in the Masjid4All network
